Are your products organic?
Some products on the market are classed as organic but they can contain harmful ingredients. We decided to rather to concentrate on making sure the ingredients we used were of the highest quality and as safe as possible.

Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the UK to our specification.

Do you list all your ingredients on the packaging?
We list all our ingredients on our labels with a fuller explanation on the website.

Do I have to create an account in order to shop with you?
We ask everyone who shops with us to create an account.  This will enable you to track your orders, look at your order history and leave reviews.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Our checkout uses PayPal so you can choose to pay by PayPal or debit/credit card through the PayPal site.

Do you accept orders over the telephone?
We do.

Are my card details held securely?
All your card/payment details go through PayPal so nothing is held on our site.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
As soon as you have placed an order you will receive confirmation from us and confirmation from PayPal.

How do I redeem discount codes?
You will be prompted at the checkout to use any discount codes you may have.  The system will do all the calculation for you.

Is VAT included?
VAT is included but is shown at the checkout.

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order before despatch.  If you wish to cancel an order after it has been despatched please see our Delivery and Returns section in our Terms and Conditions

How much is UK delivery and how long with my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery 2-3 days is £3.00
Express next day delivery is £4.95
Your order will be despatched the day after it is received by us.

Do you ship abroad?
Currently we don’t ship abroad but please contact us if you would like a shipping quote.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
No

Can I return an item?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to return your purchase.  However, we do ask that it hasn’t been opened or used.

Can I exchange an item?
You can exchange an item but the item you are exchanging must not have been opened or used.

When will I get my refund?
As soon as your goods are returned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions we will authorise a refund through PayPal.

What information do you collect from me?
We only collect enough information to allow us to process your order.

How safe is my information?
Your information is held securely on our site.  We do everything possible to ensure that there are no breaches of security.

How is my information used?
We will only use your information to process your order and to improve your selling experience with us.  We will not sell or make available your information to any third parties.

How can I comment on your website?

How can I leave a review?
Click on the Review tab on the menu and then click to leave a review. We reserve the right to moderate all reviews as per our Terms and Conditions.
