Bonus Bubbles™ Terms and Conditions

The Bonus Bubbles™ Loyalty Scheme is our way of thanking you for your loyalty as a Dog Hair Day shampoo customer. The following Bonus Bubbles™ Terms and Conditions apply for the general structure and rules of the Loyalty Scheme including collecting points and redeeming them.

1. Participation

All customers qualify to participate.

2. Bonus Bubbles™ Points

2.1 General

We base the calculations for the Bonus Bubbles™ Loyalty Scheme on points, which are posted to your Dog Hair Day account. You can only use the points for the purposes described in these Bonus Bubbles™ Terms and Conditions. In particular, you cannot convert points from other rewards programmes (e.g. from other companies) to Dog Hair Day Bonus Bubbles™ points. Dog Hair Day accounts, and credit for points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Generally, you can view the current balance of your Dog Hair Day account on the Dog Hair Day website under “MY ACCOUNT” at any time.

2.2 Earning Points

You acquire Bonus Bubbles™ points automatically with every order of Dog Hair Day shampoo starting on 01/01/2017. You receive the appropriate number of Bonus Bubbles™ points to your Dog Hair Day account as soon as full payment for the shampoo order is booked in the Dog Hair Day system. For every pound of the order value, you will receive 1 Loyalty Point. For certain special offers and for “Referring a Friend”, customers can earn additional points, in amounts described on the Dog Hair Day website.

2.3 Exclusion from Points Credit

You cannot earn Bonus Bubbles™ points credit for products with a selling price of £0 (e.g. trial packages, free gifts), redeemed coupons and other discounts, or rebates or re-deliveries or for website purchases for items other than Dog Hair Day shampoo. In other specific cases, a Bonus Bubbles™ points credit may also not be possible; You can only have a maximum of 5,000 Bonus Bubbles™ points per calendar year credited to your account. You will receive no further Bonus Bubbles™ points after this until the next calendar year.

2.4 Points Credit Procedures

Bonus Bubbles™ points are automatically credited to your Dog Hair Day account when your order for shampoo has been paid in full, and the payment has been completely booked in the Dog Hair Day system. The credit is awarded to the account on which the order was placed. If you order via multiple customer accounts, the points will be credited to the individual accounts relating to each particular order. You may not transfer points from one customer account to another.

2.5 Expiration of Points

If you do not redeem Bonus Bubbles™ points within 24 months from the time they were credited to your account, they will expire at the end of the quarter. The date and amount of the expiration will be clearly indicated in your account. Points will also expire if your account is blocked on legitimate grounds.

3. Redeeming Points for Rewards

3.1 General

When you have earned sufficient Bonus Bubbles™ points they will convert automatically into a coupon which you can use against website purchases of Dog Hair Day shampoo. The detailed amounts of this may change from time to time and you can always see the current values in the Bonus Bubbles™ Loyalty Scheme web page.

3.2 Conditions for Redeeming Points

You can only redeem the coupons converted from Bonus Bubbles™ points by using them to purchase Dog Hair Day shampoo via your personal account at Dog Hair Day.

4. Refer a Friend

4.1 General

The Refer a Friend scheme gives you the opportunity to earn extra Bonus Bubbles™ points by recommending Dog Hair Day shampoo to your friends and family. The amount of points awarded of this may change from time to time and you can always see the current values in the Refer a Friend web page.

4.2 Referring a friend

To qualify for the Refer a Friend extra Bonus Bubbles™ points you must use the form on the Refer a Friend page of the Dog Hair Day website to send an email invitation to your friend. The invitation will contain a first purchase discount code for your friend to use.

4.3 New customer

For you to qualify for the extra Bonus Bubbles™ points your friend must purchase shampoo from the Dog hair Day website using the discount code and be a new, first time customer.

4.4 Full payment required

Only when your friend’s purchase is paid for and fully completed and delivered will the extra Bonus Bubbles™ points be added to your Dog Hair Day account.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Programme Termination

Dog Hair Day reserves the right to end the Loyalty Programme at any time or to replace it with another programme.

5.2 Changes

Dog Hair Day reserves the right to change or amend the Bonus Bubbles™ Terms and Conditions or other written participation conditions and explanations at any time. Changes or amendments of these terms and conditions will be notified via publication on this website.

Who is responsible for the processing of your data and who can I contact concerning data protection?

Which data do you process within the scope of the Bonus Bubbles™ Loyalty Scheme?

We only process your email address, first name, last name and the status of your bonus account (including your order history).

What is the purpose of processing my data and on what legal basis does this happen?

The data is processed exclusively in the provision of the Bonus Bubbles™ Loyalty Scheme and to provide regular information about the respective account balance. Further processing does not take place. The processing is based on provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018, since the Loyalty Scheme is regarded as a cost-free feature of the contract with Flynnthedog Ltd.

Will you share my data?

No, we do not pass the data on to third parties.

Will you transmit my data to a third country or an international organisation?

No, a transfer to a third country is also excluded.

Does automated decision-making take place or are there any another profile building processes?

No. We do not use such automation. We also do not create any profiles, nor do we link the data with other data.

How long will my data be stored?

We save your data only for the duration of the existence of a customer “MY ACCOUNT” account. Should you wish to delete your data in the Bonus Bubbles™ Loyalty Scheme, you can do so at any time. To do this use the above-mentioned contact details.

What rights do I have in regard to Flynnthedog Ltd?

You have the right to request confirmation from Flynnthedog Ltd at any time as to whether we process personal data concerning you and the right to information about this personal data. You have the right to rectification, deletion and restriction of data processing. Also, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data. You may revoke consent to personal data processing at any time or to demand the transfer of data.
